Common questions
How much sample do I need to send?
Most potency tests need about 1 to 3 grams of dried material or 5 to 10 mL of liquid. We confirm the amount when you request a test.
How long does testing take?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 10 business days after we receive your sample. Rush options may be available on request.
Are my results private?
Yes. Results are released only to the person or company that submitted the sample unless you tell us otherwise.
What is a Certificate of Analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a signed report that lists what was tested, the method used, and the measured results.
